A reminder did not appear

Check the record, schedule, notification access and system precision settings.

Updated

Confirm that a reminder is configured

  1. Open the task, goal or important date in My Content.
  2. Open its reminders and confirm a reminder was added and the record saved.
  3. Check the execution date, recurrence and next reminder. A due date alone does not schedule a notification.
  4. Check whether the task or goal day is complete, which may remove its associated reminder.

Check access and system settings

Inspect relevant access in Profile → Settings → Permissions and follow its system-settings entry. Do Not Disturb or Focus can affect notification presentation.

Android may distinguish notification access from exact-reminder capability. Check the precision status explained by the app rather than disabling every power or privacy setting. Menus vary by device.

Try a future test reminder

Create a test record with a future reminder, save it and inspect the reminder panel's status. Enabling access now does not guarantee delivery of an already expired reminder.

Record the expected time and result. Home Screen refresh and reminder delivery are separate: current widget content does not prove a notification was scheduled.

If it still fails

Send the device model, system/app versions, record type, rule and expected time through Feedback. Use a system reminder as a backup for important events while the issue remains unresolved.
