What to keep separately
Widget designs and task, goal and important-date records are based on local storage. Restoring a purchase does not restore designs or records, and does not establish cloud sync.
Before changing devices or reinstalling, retain important original images, records and configuration notes. Whether system backup restores a particular item must be verified with the actual backup and restore result.
Cache cleanup is not clearing app data
Read each item’s description on the in-app cache screen. Android Clear storage or uninstalling can remove local data; avoid these as an initial widget troubleshooting step.
Make a useful issue report
- In My → Feedback, describe the expected result, actual result and shortest steps to reproduce it.
- Include the model, OS and app versions, widget size, and whether the problem is in the editor, home screen or lock screen.
- Redact private photos, task content and sensitive order details before attaching screenshots. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
